【Photography Service (Items Included in the Price)】

・The session includes meeting at a designated location and conducting the shoot at the reserved location.
・Shooting time is available starting from 30 minutes.
・The shooting time and the number of photos delivered vary depending on the selected plan, and will be as specified on the booking screen.
・"Shooting time" includes time spent moving between locations, selecting the shooting location, setting up, and packing up.
・The number of photos specified on the booking screen is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
・The photographer is assigned at the Company’s discretion (subject to change after booking).
・Photos will be delivered via a designated Google Drive link within 10 days of the shoot.
・Photos will be delivered in JPEG format with a minimum short side of 2,400 pixels, and will be color-adjusted for brightness, white balance, and tone.

【Photo Rights and Usage Scope】

・All copyrights to the photos belong to the Company.
・Scope of photo usage permitted to you：
　・Personal use (refers to use within a limited scope such as for personal or household purposes)
　・Posting on blogs, websites, and social networking services (SNS) personally managed by you
　・※You may not use the photos beyond the above-mentioned scope.
　・※In using the photos as described above, if any individual or any subject in which a third party holds rights (including portrait rights) is depicted in the photos, you must obtain all necessary permissions for the photography and use of the photos from all such rights holders at your own responsibility.

【Cancellation Policy】

・You will get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts.
・To cancel or request a change, you must notify us exclusively via the WhatsApp group created for your shoot. *Please note that requests made via direct messages (including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), emails, or any other communication methods will not be accepted.
・Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including weather conditions or personal health).
・Changes are not permitted after the booking is confirmed, unless explicitly agreed upon by both you and the Company. Please note that an agreement between you and the photographer alone does not constitute a valid change.
・If the photographer does not show up at the scheduled time, or if the shoot must be canceled for safety reasons such as severe weather warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency this policy does not apply. In such cases, please contact us separately for assistance.

【Other Notes】

・Our team will carefully select the best shots from your session and provide professional editing, including color, exposure, and tone adjustments.
・Please note that unedited RAW files will not be provided. The final selection of images is at the sole discretion of the Company, and clients are not permitted to select individual frames.
・Arriving 30 minutes or more late for your scheduled time will be considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% cancellation fee.
・While we always strive to deliver the full number of photos included in your plan, the final count may occasionally be lower depending on weather or specific conditions during the session.
・Even if you arrive late, the shooting time will not be extended.We are not responsible if the number of delivered photos falls below the estimated amount.
・In Japan, some locations require permission for photography, or may prohibit it altogether.If permission cannot be obtained, the shoot at your requested location may not be possible, and in such cases, we assume no responsibility.
・If transportation, admission, or other fees are required during the shoot, the customer is responsible for covering both their own and the photographer’s costs.
・You are not allowed to directly arrange the shoot or booking with the assigned photographer outside of this service, including through third-party platforms.
・The Service is primarily conducted in English. If you require another language, please let us know at the time of booking. We will arrange a photographer who can communicate in that language or use a translation device.
・Delivered photos are considered accepted upon delivery if they pass inspection. The Company provides no guarantees regarding the Service, the information provided through the Service, or the quality of the photos. No complaints will be accepted regarding the outcome of the photos (e.g., angle, exposure, composition, etc.).
・We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
・Notwithstanding the above, if the Company is liable to the customer for damages, liability shall be limited to the actual, direct, and ordinary damages incurred (excluding loss of profits), and the total amount of liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Service.
・This service is governed by the laws of Japan.

【Handling of Personal Information】

・Your personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
・You agree in advance that your name, contact information (including email address), and other necessary information for the shoot may be provided to the photographer through the Company, to the extent required to provide the Service.
