The service price is displayed on the Service page and in the Terms of Use.
Additional Fees
The following costs may be incurred in addition to the service price:
・Transportation fees, admission fees, and facility usage fees incurred during the shoot (for both the customer and the photographer)
・Additional transportation costs for distant locations
・Any other fees specified in the Terms of Use or on the Service page
Payment Method
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express)
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Payment Timing
The payment will be charged at the time the photography contract is concluded.
The amount will be debited on the date specified by your credit card issuer in accordance with your card agreement.
Delivery Timing
Photos will be delivered by the deadline specified in the Terms of Use agreed to at the time of booking.
Refunds and Exchanges
<Refunds>
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the shoot: Full refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time: 100% cancellation fee
However, the above policy does not apply in the following cases:
・If the Company is unable to secure a photographer
・If the photographer fails to arrive at the scheduled time
・If the shoot is canceled for safety reasons, such as severe weather warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency

This service constitutes the provision of services. Returns are not accepted after the shoot has been conducted.
